A family, two gulets and one stretch of coastline
Kas Gulet is run by Captain Osman Muslu and his family from Kaş harbour in Antalya, Turkey.
Small boats, quiet bays, no rush
We sail from Kaş, a small harbour town on Turkey’s Mediterranean coast where the mountains drop straight into the sea. The Greek island of Meis is six kilometres away; Kekova, Aperlai and the Lycian ruins are a morning’s sail in the other direction.
Our two gulets, SELIN-3 and JASMIN Ç-3, take a maximum of twelve guests. That number is the whole idea: there is always deck space, never a queue for the swimming ladder, and the captain has time to stop where the water looks right rather than where the schedule says.
Days run on food and swimming. Breakfast on board as we leave the harbour, a BBQ lunch with mezes at anchor, tea and fruit in the afternoon, and a sunset somewhere quiet. Snorkels, masks, sea shoes, a paddle board and a dinghy are all on board.
Both boats can also be chartered privately for a day, four days or a full week — tell us your dates and how far you want to sail.
Two traditional gulets
SELIN-3 and JASMIN Ç-3 — wooden, two-masted boats built the way they have always been built on this coast, with en-suite cabins, air conditioning and a large sundeck.
Never more than twelve guests
Both boats are licensed by the Kaş harbour authorities and carry full boat and passenger insurance. Twelve guests is the limit, and we keep to it.
Cooked on board, every day
Breakfast and a BBQ lunch with mezes are prepared on the boat. Tea, coffee and water are always on. Tell us about allergies before you sail.
English, Turkish and Russian
Captain Osman Muslu and Captain Mehmet Muslu run the boats and speak with guests in English, Turkish and Russian.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the tour price?
Our daily tours include breakfast and a BBQ lunch with mezes cooked on board, tea, coffee and water, port taxes and snorkelling equipment. Multi-day cruises are full board — breakfast, lunch and dinner. Alcoholic drinks are extra.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. Swimming makes the day more fun, but it is not required. Life jackets are on board and the crew keeps an eye on everyone in the water.
How many guests are on board?
A maximum of 12 guests on our daily tours and cruises. That is what keeps the day relaxed — there is always deck space and never a queue for the ladder.
What should I bring?
Sun lotion, swimwear, a towel, sunglasses and a hat. For multi-day cruises pack light clothing and soft luggage. Passports are required for the Meis (Kastellorizo) day trip.
Can tours be customised?
Yes. Both gulets can be chartered privately and we are happy to build an itinerary around your group, your dates and how far you want to sail.
Where do the tours start?
Almost all of our tours depart from Kaş harbour in Antalya province. Free transfer from your accommodation in Kalkan is included on the Meis day trip.
